  • No Processing History: Your account has no text processing history after the purchase date

  • No Previous Refunds: Your account has not previously received any refunds
  • Valid Account: Your account is in good standing without any violations of our Terms of Service

Note: Even a single token usage or one text processing action will make your purchase non-refundable. Please ensure you understand the service before making a purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Manual Renewals: "Get More Tokens" purchases or manual subscription renewals
  • Subscription Changes: Upgrades or downgrades of existing subscriptions
  • Expired Tokens: Unused tokens that expire at the end of your billing period
  • Quality Dissatisfaction: Dissatisfaction with processing quality or results
  • Changed Circumstances: Changes in your personal or business needs
  • Third-Party Issues: Problems with how third-party platforms evaluate processed text
  • Partial Usage: Any amount of token consumption, regardless of how minimal
  • Account Violations: Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • Duplicate Accounts: Purchases made from duplicate or multiple accounts

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must follow this process:

  1. Send a written refund request to
  2. Include your transaction ID and purchase date

  4. Confirm that you understand your account will be permanently closed upon refund approval
