By accessing or using the Loading... service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Loading... regarding your use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to assume any risks associated with using the Service.

The Loading... is a text processing service designed to enhance and refine AI-generated content. The Service utilizes advanced algorithms and third-party APIs to process and modify text according to various parameters.

Our Service processes text through multiple refinement stages to improve its natural flow and readability. The effectiveness of the Service depends on various factors including the quality of the input text, the specific processing options selected, and the evaluation methods used by different platforms. As with any text processing service, results may vary based on these factors, and we cannot guarantee that processed text will meet specific requirements or pass particular evaluation systems.

Users should understand that the Service operates as a text enhancement tool and does not guarantee any specific outcomes regarding how the processed text will be evaluated by third-party systems, institutions, or platforms. The Service aims to improve text quality but cannot ensure that the output will be undetectable as processed content or that it will preserve all aspects of the original meaning and context.

The Service operates on a subscription basis with different tiers offering varying levels of access and features. Payment processing is handled securely through our third-party payment processor, Paddle.

When you purchase a subscription, you are paying for immediate access to the Service's features and token allocation. All payments are processed immediately upon confirmation and are considered final. Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate provision of access and tokens, all sales are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, unused tokens, or changes in your requirements.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have evaluated the Service through the available free tier or documentation and accept the Service in its current state. You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes, as doing so may result in the suspension of your account and possible legal action to recover costs.

The Service operates on a token-based system where tokens are consumed when processing text. As a general guideline, one token approximately equals one character of text, though this is an approximation and actual usage may vary.

Token consumption depends on several factors including the complexity of the processing required, text formatting, special characters, and the specific features being used. The system calculates token usage automatically, and these calculations are considered final. Token allocations are provided on a monthly basis according to your subscription tier, and any unused tokens at the end of the billing period expire and do not carry forward to the next period.

As a user of the Service, you maintain full responsibility for the content you submit and how you use the processed output. You are expected to ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.

Users must not utilize the Service for any illegal purposes, to violate academic integrity policies, to create misleading content, or in any way that could harm others or violate their rights. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of all processed text before using it. The Service should not be used to circumvent legitimate evaluation processes or to misrepresent the origin or authorship of content.

Any attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service's operation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loading... and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that the results obtained from using the Service will meet your expectations. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and that we are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to academic or professional consequences, failure to pass evaluation systems, or any other damages or losses.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the Service in the last thirty (30) days, or ten dollars ($10), whichever is less.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Loading... and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any content you submit through the Service
• Any consequences of using processed text from the Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
• Change features, functionality, or pricing without notice
• Terminate your access for any reason without notice
• Refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion
• Modify these Terms at any time

The Service is provided on an ongoing basis, but we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service as needed for maintenance, improvements, or business reasons.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Loading... and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

The processed text generated by the Service is provided to you for your use. We make no representations regarding the originality of the processed output or its freedom from third-party intellectual property rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits. Each party shall bear their own costs in any dispute unless the arbitrator determines that a party has acted in bad faith.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Loading... regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, written or oral, concerning its subject matter.
